The Administration Department consists of a City Clerk/Treasurer and a Deputy Clerk.
The department is responsible for:
- All city financial functions and collection of all fees
- Utility billing, including issuing bills for water and sewer usage and collection of these payments from residents
- Liquor licenses, cannabis registrations, LPHE registrations
- Zoning administration
- Permits (e.g. land use, golf cart, backyard chicken, demolition, right-of-way)
- Swimming lesson registrations
- Department job applications
- Election Administration
- Council & board meeting agendas
- Communications, including City Electronic Message Board, City Website, and City Newsletter
- Grant Management: The city clerk manages and oversees grants for the city.
